Account & Admin

REIQ advised that regular updates will be issued covering known issues, integration progress and completed fixes. Users should continue checking official Realworks emails and update pages for the latest information.

Open the Help section within Realworks. It contains step-by-step guides covering account setup, forms, templates, electronic signing and integrations.

Email ask@reiq.com.au with the affected form name, CRM or integration, a clear description of the issue and screenshots where possible. This helps the team identify and escalate the issue more quickly.

Forms can be set to private by default through the user settings. Other team members will not be able to see private forms, although administrators will retain access.

Yes. A user can be connected to multiple agencies using the same email address and login. They can switch between organisations through the agency menu in My Agency Edge located on the top right hand of the platform.

The user may have been invited to My Agency Edge without being assigned a Realworks permission. An administrator will need to open the user’s profile and assign either team member or administrator access by clicking on the manage button on the Realworks card.

Creating a form

Use an annexure as an interim solution so you can include the full information required. REIQ has acknowledged that some fields, including sections of the Entry Condition Report, need to be expanded.

No. The property address is optional. However, adding it can save time because the platform will populate the address into relevant fields and use it as the default form name.

No. The category field is optional. It is mainly designed to narrow down search results where similar forms exist across different sectors.

When creating a form, select the RTA category or search using the form name or number. The category field is optional, so users can also search directly without selecting one.

We are pleased to confirm that this bug has now been fixed.

Manage & Search Forms

Yes. Select the three-dot menu and choose Revert to Draft. This will return the form to an editable state without requiring you to create a duplicate.

Yes. REIQ confirmed that the previous share function, which allowed users to email a PDF directly to a client, is within scope and is planned to be added to the platform.

Signing

Yes. When preparing a document for electronic signing, you can CC another person, such as an assistant, agent or solicitor, so they receive the completed agreement without being included as a signer.

No. The watermark is removed when the form is sent for electronic signing or marked for offline signing.

Signature stamping is available now. REIQ has also acknowledged requests for easier date selection and greater automation, including pre-filled dates, and has raised this with the platform team for further development.

Select the three-dot menu and choose Add Signature Stamp. This will insert the agent’s name as the signature stamp and include the relevant signing date.

Yes. Select Offline Signatures to download a version of the form without the “Ready” watermark. The document can then be printed or provided to the client for in-person signing.

Live Sign is available at no additional cost across all forms for the first 90 days. Users can choose between Live Sign and DocuSign depending on their preferred signing process.

No. Documents that were already sent remain active within the previous DocuSign account. You can continue tracking and completing those documents without resending them through Live Sign.

Documents sent before the transition remain available in DocuSign website. Users may need to switch to the previous REIQ account within DocuSign The Real Estate Institute of Queensland Limited - ISV License to view and manage those agreements.

Yes. DocuSign is available within the new Realworks platform. Users should make sure the correct Realworks-linked DocuSign account is selected before sending documents.
