Unable to create forms from within Reapit PM
Some users are unable to create forms from within Reapit PM. This has been escalated and is being actively worked on. Forms can still be created directly in Realworks in the meantime.
EF005A - Licensee name not populating
The Licensee Name in Part 2 of EF005A (PO Form 6) is not populating for some users.
EF057 - CMA annexure overwriting client details
Updating the client field in an attached EF057 Comparative Market Analysis can overwrite the Client 1 details in Section 1 of the Form 6. Please re-check client details after editing the CMA.
EF137 - Smoke Alarm form not editable
EF137 (Smoke Alarm Responsibilities – Tenant) is currently not editable, so client details cannot be added.
Blank Annexure - Incorrectly Appearing
A "Blank Annexure" entry is incorrectly showing in the additional annexure list on some forms.
Form 18a - Bond Lodgement annexure signing
Attaching the Bond Lodgement annexure to a Form 18a currently triggers an additional, separate e-signing request.
RTA10 - secondary agent signing
On RTA10 (Notice of lessor's intention to sell), the form automatically signs the user as the renting agent even when they are the secondary agent.
PropertyMe — document and data issues
Documents not saving back to PropertyMe — Forms completed in Realworks are not always uploading back to PropertyMe. Work in progress.
Wrong sender on completed documents — Completed documents are sent from one user in the organisation regardless of which agent sent the form. Work in progress.
Data placement — Pulling data into a template can change data in some fields. Work in progress.
Data population — Some fields are not populating (for example, who is entering on an entry notice). Work in progress.
Renewal details - Renewal rent amounts and lease dates are not populating into Form 18a; the current amounts and dates populate instead. Please check these before sending.
Form 18a prefill gaps - Some details (electrician, plumber, special conditions, bank and trust details) may not prefill, and Item 1.1 can show the owner's details instead of the property manager's — please review before sending.
Signing - Some users can only sign with the Principal's signature and cannot sign their own forms.
Reapit integration issues

Entry/exit report fields too short
Entry and exit report fields do not have enough room for the required information. Work in progress.
Resolved Issues & Improvements
LiveSign — unique Customer Code on signatures
LiveSign signatures now include a unique LiveSign Customer Code ID under each individual signature.
PropertyMe — multiple portfolio connections
PropertyMe now supports connecting multiple portfolios from the same integration entry.
Previously, once a PropertyMe portfolio was connected it was removed from the Apps section and shown only under Connected Apps, preventing additional portfolios from being linked. PropertyMe now remains available in the Apps section after a connection is established. Users can connect multiple portfolios, view all of them under Connected Apps (with portfolio-specific details shown in the description), disconnect individual portfolios independently, and continue adding new connections as required. Duplicate portfolio connections are automatically prevented.
First AML — Estimated Sale Price
The First AML integration now supports an optional Estimated Sale Price field when creating a case.
Electronic signing - reliability improvements
Sending forms for e-signing through DocuSign and LiveSign is now more reliable where a network interruption occurs part-way through.
RTA09 Entry Notices - inspection times from PropertyMe
Where an inspection in PropertyMe has a date but no time recorded, the inspection time on the Entry Notice is now left blank.
Reapit Sales - address search
When you select Reapit Sales as the property source, the address field now searches as you type and will match on a partial address. If the address you need doesn't appear, the manual address search is still available.
EF014 (Form 18a) — tenant mobile numbers at signing
Mobile numbers entered for Tenants 1 to 3 on EF014 (Form 18a) now carry through to the signing details. Previously, the numbers had to be re-entered before the form could be sent for e-signing.
E-signing — requests sent to all signers at once
Signing requests now follow the intended order. On PO Form 6 and PO Form 6A, clients are invited to sign first and the agent signs last. On EF014 (Form 18a), tenants are invited first and the agent is invited once they have signed. This applies to the standalone forms and to Form 6 and Form 6A attached to other forms — EF002, EF005A, EF016, EF029, EF033, EF036, EF051a and EF183.
Previously, requests were sent to all signers at the same time.
Name not populating in signature panel
Names in the signature section now populate and can be edited before the form is sent for e-signing:
- PO Form 6 and PO Form 6A - Client 1 and Client 2 names carry through from Part 1 to Part 9, and reappointment names carry through to Part 10.
- EF014 (Form 18a) — lessor, agent and tenant names populate in the signature section.
- Annexures — the same applies to the additional client annexures (PO6-AC34 and PO6-AC56), the additional tenants annexure (EF014-A1), and the PO Form 6A annexure forms EF033, EF036 and EF051a. Edits made in an annexure and in the main form stay in step.
- EF051a — the Agency Name in the signature section now fills from the Agency Name in Part 2 (Licensee Details) where it has been left blank.
Each name can be edited on its own without changing the others. Previously, names in the signature section did not populate and could not be edited until the form was sent for e-signing.
EF254 — Signature and Terms & Conditions pages
EF254 now includes a Signature page and a Terms & Conditions page (pages 3 and 4 of the form). Previously, these pages were missing.
