PropertyMe — document and data issues

Documents not saving back to PropertyMe — Forms completed in Realworks are not always uploading back to PropertyMe. Work in progress.

Wrong sender on completed documents — Completed documents are sent from one user in the organisation regardless of which agent sent the form. Work in progress.

Data placement — Pulling data into a template can change data in some fields. Work in progress.

Data population — Some fields are not populating (for example, who is entering on an entry notice). Work in progress.

Entry and exit report fields do not have enough room for the required information. Work in progress.

EF005a – New Body Corporate Schemes Section

Resolved

A new Sale of Lots in Body Corporate Schemes section has been added to the EF005a form under the Managing Agent section. This enhancement allows agents to capture information relating to body corporate requirements when preparing a Contract of Sale.

  • New body corporate information capture options.
  • Additional client declaration checkboxes.
  • Updated form version footer to 07/26.

EF024 form update

EF024 has been updated to the latest approved version. New forms use the current version automatically.

Trading name field too short

Some users do not have enough room for their trading name.

Password reset emails not always sending

Some users are still experiencing issues and work is ongoing.

PropertyMe template sync delays

Resolved

Resolved. Templates now sync with PropertyMe in near real-time — previously this could take 30 minutes or more.

New templates appear in PropertyMe almost immediately after creation, deleted templates are removed promptly, and "object not found" errors caused by outdated template lists should no longer occur.

PropertyMe connection issues

Resolved

Resolved. A fix has rolled out for PropertyMe connection failures, and the platform now automatically detects and cleans up portfolios with no remaining active connections, preventing stale connections from causing problems.

If you're still experiencing connection issues, disconnect and reconnect your PropertyMe integration once — this refreshes your connection against the fixed system.

LiveSign report recovery

Resolved

Fixed an issue that could prevent reports from being retrieved after a completed LiveSign transaction. Completed transaction reports are now reliably available.

EF033 / PO Form 6A linking fix

Resolved

Fixed an issue affecting the Open Listing section of PO Form 6A when linked with the EF033 schedule. Data now flows between the two correctly.

Expanded DocuSign regional support

Resolved

DocuSign accounts hosted outside Australia now work with Realworks. The platform automatically connects to the right DocuSign region for your account, improving compatibility for organisations with international DocuSign accounts.

Automatic template upgrades

Improvement

Templates now stay up to date automatically. When a form is updated to a new version, your saved templates can be upgraded to match while keeping the data you've already entered — no need to rebuild templates from scratch.
