Unable to create forms from within Reapit PM
Some users are unable to create forms from within Reapit PM. This has been escalated and is being actively worked on. Forms can still be created directly in Realworks in the meantime.
Form 18a - Bond Lodgement annexure signing
Attaching the Bond Lodgement annexure to a Form 18a currently triggers an additional, separate e-signing request.
PropertyMe – document and data issues
Item 1.1 details – Item 1.1 on Form 18a can show the owner's details instead of the property manager's. A fix is in progress – please review this item before sending.
Documents not saving back to PropertyMe – resolved. A fix has been applied; if a completed form still doesn't upload back to PropertyMe, please let us know.
Wrong sender on completed documents – resolved. Completed documents are now sent from the agent who sent the form. If you still see this, please let us know.
Data placement and population – resolved. Data pulled into templates now lands in the correct fields, and fields such as the person entering on an entry notice now populate. If you still see gaps, please let us know.
Renewal details – resolved. Form 18a now populates renewal rent amounts and lease dates from the renewal tenancy rather than the current tenancy.
Signing – resolved. A new My Stamp option on templates lets each agent apply their own signature stamp, so forms created from PropertyMe now carry the correct agent's name and signature even when the CRM user doesn't match the Realworks user.
Note on electrician, plumber and special conditions – these details come from your agency's templates rather than from PropertyMe, so add them to the template if you'd like them to appear on every form.
Reapit integration issues
Integration issues are currently being worked on.
Address search – resolved. Reapit address search now returns up to 200 results, so every unit in a large complex appears. Previously only the first 7 results were shown.
Entry/exit report fields too short
Entry and exit report fields do not have enough room for the required information. A fix is in user testing and is scheduled for an upcoming release.
Resolved Issues & Improvements
Related forms - client details and signing information now carry through
Fixed an issue where creating a related form didn't bring across the client details or signing information from the original form. These now carry through automatically, so you no longer need to re-enter them or worry about mismatched details between forms.
Reapit PM – RTA Form 11 arrears details now prefill
When you create an RTA Form 11 (Notice to Remedy Breach) from Reapit PM, the rent arrears details now fill in automatically – the date rent was paid to, the number of days overdue and the amount owing. No need to work these out and type them in by hand.
EF111, EF137 and EF152 – editable names, and Form 18a annexure support
Agent and tenant names on EF111, EF137 (Smoke Alarm Responsibilities) and EF152 can now be edited directly on the form. Names you enter flow into the Signature Wizard, where they can also be adjusted before sending.
EF111 and EF137 can now be attached to a Form 18a (EF014) as annexures. When attached, tenant and agent names stay in sync with the Form 18a signing parties, so everyone's details match across the whole package.
EF069 Legal Advice Report – Request Info
The Legal Advice Report (EF069) now supports Request Info, so you can send it to the other party to complete their section directly instead of filling it in on their behalf.
EF023 – property description cut off in downloaded PDF
Fixed an issue where the property description in Item 7 of EF023 was cut off on the right-hand side when the form was finalised and downloaded as a PDF. The full description now displays correctly.
Updated form versions – EF052, EF064, EF065, EF068 and EF069
The following forms have been updated to their latest versions with revised content. New forms you create will use the current version automatically:
EF052 – Annual Estimate of Outgoings
EF064 – Assignee Disclosure Statement
EF065 – Assignor Disclosure Statement
EF068 – Financial Advice Report
EF069 – Legal Advice Report

Blank Annexure - Incorrectly Appearing
Resolved – working as designed. The "Blank Annexure" entry in the additional annexure list is a standard option for attaching your own annexure and has always been part of the form. No change is required.
EF137 - Smoke Alarm form not editable
Resolved. Agent and tenant names on EF137 (Smoke Alarm Responsibilities – Tenant) can now be edited directly on the form, so client details can be added as needed.
EF005A - Licensee name not populating
Resolved. The Licensee Name now fills in automatically on PO Form 6 and PO Form 6A – both the main form and when used as an annexure – using the licence details on your My Agency Edge account. If it's still blank, check that your licence details are up to date under your account settings.
Password reset emails not always sending
Resolved. Password reset emails are now sending normally. If you requested a reset and didn't receive it, request a new one and check your junk folder.
