It's the standard conditions document used across Queensland and works alongside the REIQ Contract for Sale.
From 1 August 2025, sellers must provide a Form 2 Seller Disclosure Statement and prescribed certificates to registered bidders before the auction begins. Realworks includes checklists and the Form 2 itself to help agents manage this process.
A signed appointment is a legal requirement under the Property Occupations Act 2014 before any services – including marketing – can be provided.
