Melinda Granzien

The Real Estate Institute of Queensland forms and contracts have become an essential part of my day-to-day practice, helping ensure our agency remains compliant with current Queensland legislation across a range of property transactions and client scenarios. The documents are consistently clear, well-structured and reliable, which makes them easy to apply in both straightforward and more complex deals across different sectors and regions. Having standardised, up-to-date forms readily available saves significant time in preparing contracts from scratch and greatly reduces the risk of errors, omissions or inconsistencies. This efficiency allows our team to focus more on client relationships and negotiation rather than administrative drafting. Most importantly, we have strong confidence that the documentation is legally sound and regularly maintained in line with legislative changes. That assurance provides peace of mind for both practitioners and clients, supporting smoother transactions and more consistent outcomes in everyday practice.
