How a connection works
Connect once
An administrator authorises the connection, in the connected tool or in Realworks, using your Realworks or My Agency Edge login. Most connections are set up per office; a few are per user.
Start from a record
Open a property, tenant, listing or form and choose the Realworks action. Details you already hold are carried into the form for review.
Finish in Realworks
Complete, send and sign the form in Realworks. Some integrations return the finished PDF; each integration page says which.

Questions about integrations
Do I need a separate subscription for an integrated tool?
For most integrations Realworks connects to the account you already hold with the provider, and any provider fees are set by them. Livesign activates for your organisation when your Realworks subscription includes it, and a Docusign subscription can be requested through Realworks.
Does Realworks sign documents?
No. Realworks sends forms for electronic signing through Docusign or Livesign and tracks their status. The signature itself is captured by the signing provider.
