Send Realworks forms with Livesign
Choose a Realworks subscription with Livesign to activate electronic signing across your organisation, then send forms for signing without leaving Realworks.
Where the workflow starts
Choose a subscription that includes Livesign
Livesign is integrated with Realworks by default. When your Realworks subscription includes Livesign, it activates automatically for your whole organisation, with nothing to connect per user.
Mark the form ready and send
From the form's actions menu choose Ready for signing, then Electronic signing. Signer emails and phone numbers are prefilled from the form, and you can CC others to receive the executed contract.
Track status to completion
The Electronic Signatures panel shows each signatory's status from Sending to Completed. Resend a request or switch to signing in person from the same panel. When complete, download the contract and certificate of completion.
Activated for the organisation
There is no per-user connection for Livesign. If Docusign is also activated, you choose which provider to use each time you send a document for signing.
Realworks does not sign
Realworks sends the form for signing and tracks status. The signature itself is captured by Livesign.

Once every signatory has signed, the status changes to Completed and download links for the contract and the certificate of completion appear in the form.

Do I need to connect Livesign myself?
No. It activates for your whole organisation when your subscription includes it.
Can I still use Docusign as well?
Yes. If both are activated you choose the provider each time you send a document for signing.

The Electronic Signatures panel shows each signer's status and changes to Completed, with download links for the contract and certificate of completion.
