Authority for Buyer’s Searches
The Seller authorises the Buyer to inspect records and obtain copies of documents held by any authority, including Security Interests on the PPSR, relating to the Property.
Why the change
Following consultation, the REIQ and the Queensland Law Society approved the amendment to provide greater clarity on what the authority covers: inspecting records and obtaining copies of documents.
