Start a First AML check from a Realworks form
Create a First AML case from a supported Realworks form. Review the prefilled client details before submitting; the case opens in a new window and its reference stays with the form.
Where the workflow starts
Create the credential in First AML
A Compliance Admin goes to Settings, then Integrations in First AML, creates a new credential for Realworks and chooses which offices can use it. Copy the Client ID and Client Secret into the Integrations page in Realworks.
Open a supported form
Create one of the supported forms: the Contract for Houses and Residential Land (EF001A), the Commercial Contract (EF019A), or a PO Form 6 or 6A appointment with REIQ schedule terms (EF005a, EF002, EF051a or EF033). Enter the client details.
Create the case
Open the First AML tab on the right of the form and click Create Case. The case is prefilled from the form, and the panel updates with the AML reference and a direct link to the case.
Set up once by your Compliance Admin
Credentials are created inside First AML and scoped to the offices you choose, then entered once in Realworks.

First AML integration guideThe case reference stays with the form
After you create the case, the First AML panel in the form shows the AML reference and a link straight to the case, so the check stays attached to the transaction.
Ready to send the contract for signing?
Once the check is done, send the form for electronic signing with Livesign or Docusign and track every signature in Realworks.
