Start a PEXA Clear check from a Realworks form
Create a PEXA Clear case from a supported Realworks form. Activation is organisation-level with credentials supplied by PEXA; a case reference is retained in Realworks.
Where the workflow starts
Enter your PEXA credentials
PEXA Clear is activated at organisation level. Obtain your Client ID and Password from PEXA and enter them on the Integrations page in the left-hand Realworks menu.
Open a supported form
Create one of the supported forms: the Contract for Houses and Residential Land (EF001A), the Commercial Contract (EF019A), or a PO Form 6 or 6A appointment with REIQ schedule terms (EF005a, EF002, EF051a or EF033). Enter the client details.
Create the case
Open the PEXA Clear tab on the right of the form and click Create Case. The case is prefilled from the form, and the PEXA panel updates with the AML reference and a direct link.
One connection for the organisation
Credentials come from PEXA and are entered once for your organisation, so every user can create cases from supported forms.

The PEXA panel in the form keeps the AML reference and a link to the case for future reference.
Ready to send the contract for signing?
Once the check is done, send the form for electronic signing with Livesign or Docusign and track every signature in Realworks.
