Prefill Realworks forms with Reapit PM data
Use a matching Reapit PM record, formerly Console Cloud, to prefill tenant, rent and bond details in Realworks before you complete, send and sign.
Where the workflow starts
Connect through the Reapit marketplace
Activation is at organisation level. Generate an API key in Reapit PM and connect Realworks from the Reapit PM marketplace, following the Help guide.
Start a form in Realworks
Create a new form, from scratch or from a template. When you search the address, 'Search against Reapit PM data' is ticked by default, so matching records appear for the property.
Choose the record and prefill
Pick the landlord and tenant records you need (current, future or past), tick to populate, then click Create Form. Tenant details, rent amounts, bond and more are filled from Reapit PM.
Prefill from the records you already keep
Matching records show clients (landlords), counterparties (tenants), the assigned agent, the listing type and status, so you can confirm you have the right tenancy before the form is created.
New address, no record?
Untick the Reapit PM search box to create a form for an address that is not in Reapit.

Reapit PM is the current name for Console Cloud, and the Realworks Help guide is titled Reapit PM (Console Cloud). The guide covers connecting and prefilling forms in Realworks. It does not describe the finished form being sent back to Reapit PM, so it is kept in Realworks.
